Why EU Users Are Less Protected – and an Example That Proves It

Yesterday evening, it happened again: A typical crypto airdrop scammer retweeted one of my replies to Grok. When I took a closer look at his profile, it became clear that he does this with many replies and links them to his crypto garbage.
Here the image of the retweet:

Great, I thought: Take a closer look at his profile.
Here the profile image:

At first glance it looked harmless, but then I read his bio: “Follow me and dm with your SOL or ETH or BTC ADDRESS or CASHAPP or PAYPAL and get blessRed flags everywhere! Okay, I thought, report and block the profile.
But we in the EU are not allowed to report like people in the United States of America!
Thanks to the restrictions by GDPR and DSA. EU citizens are prohibited from uploading evidence – unlike US users.

Because of these EU rules, the fakes feel safe and multiply like vermin!
No, I don’t see the fault with X!

X certainly wants to do its job – but is constantly being gagged with new rules!

Instead, the DSA collects 120 million euros from X and does not help the real victims! They are gagged just like X!
Question to the readers: Is this fair? Why does the EU say it wants to protect us, but doesn’t? It doesn’t protect our data! It doesn’t protect us from scams!
Via WhatsApp, my second phone number was cracked this year (2025) by fake Elons and happily passed on to more fake Elons! Even to Telegram.
Where is the EU protection there? Where is the supposed data protection?

WhatsApp and Telegram don’t have to pay fines – only X?Why?
Why are EU citizens not protected?
Are we not worth it to the EU / DSA?
Why does only X have to pay and the others not?
Why doesn’t the EU just let X do its job and not constantly put obstacles in the way?
Instead, EU citizens are so restricted that proper reporting with proof screenshots is impossible?

This is not fair!
This is not human!

Why can’t this just work normally??

Update: The bots are already here – from Lanzhou and beyond They retweet, they crawl, they try to obscure the truth. But here on my blog, they'll only find more of it. Welcome, dear stalkers – enjoy reading.

More on the new wave will follow shortly.

I wish you a wonderful Monday!

And now it's just a little hot bot from Lanzhou? Well, I'll wish China a pleasant evening anyway.
