The Week of Ultimate Fake-Account Embarrassment Continues

I already told you yesterday what happened – if you missed it, here’s the link again:

And today? Another clown stepped up. It’s honestly unbelievable.

By now you know: My boyfriend Ben (@BeneinfachBen) has had my old phone number for four months. Yesterday he got video-called by four different fake accounts on WhatsApp – one of them was literally sitting there in his underwear. For real? And all of this supposedly “in the name of Elon Musk”?

Today the next one tried. Another pathetic fake who still doesn’t get that I’m taken and have zero interest. Ben and I are together – period. No random fake gets a say in that.

The highlight (or lowlight): This guy actually wanted to argue. I listened to the recording with sound – Ben just laughed and kept repeating:
“Sorry, she’s definitely not available for idiots like you.”
The fake stared blankly, had nothing left to say, and hung up. Pure cinematic cringe.

And all of this on WhatsApp – a platform with over two billion users.
Where exactly is the much-praised DSA (Digital Services Act) when it comes to obvious scammers and stalkers? They can fine platforms billions, but fake accounts terrorizing people with stolen identities? Apparently nobody cares.

So once again, my urgent warning to all of you:

  • Be careful out there!
  • Never give out your phone number lightly.
  • Double-check who you’re really talking to.
  • Don’t believe everything someone with a blue check or an Elon profile picture tells you.

This “Week of Fake-Account Embarrassment” is far from over – but we’re laughing our heads off and definitely won’t let these clowns intimidate us.
