Open Letter to the DSA Authorities: Where Are My Three Complaints?

Text Today I sent some mail. To the people who are actually supposed to protect us.

Attached is the email I just fired off to info@lto.de and redaktion@lto.de. Three fully documented DSA complaints submitted on 6, 7 and 8 October 2025 – one each day, hoping someone would finally react. Until today, 26 November 2025:

  • no acknowledgment of receipt,
  • no case number,
  • nothing.

As a German and European citizen, I still have the right to complain, don’t I? Or is it now enough to be too loud, too persistent and too inconvenient about the fake and scam flood on X for complaints to simply “disappear”?

I’m waiting for an answer now. A real one. With case numbers. With explanations.

If that answer never comes or is just more excuses, I will be forced to continue this conversation elsewhere – for example in a long feature interview with BILD or other media outlets that still care about consumer protection.

Because somewhere, someone finally has to listen.
