The “Musk Foundation” on X – Real Charity or Fake-Farm Festival?
Hello, beautiful people 🖤Today we’re taking a calm, cozy look at something that should be super serious: the Musk Foundation.
Yes, it really exists. Wikipedia and official records confirm: founded in 2001/2002 by Elon and Kimbal Musk, billions in assets, donations to renewable energy, space exploration, pediatric research, and safe AI. Official website: muskfoundation.org. No official X account. Quiet, low-key philanthropy (with the usual criticism that a lot of the money circles back to Elon-related projects, but that’s another story).But on X? It’s a total circus.There are dozens of accounts calling themselves “Musk Foundation” – most of them obvious parody/scam hybrids with stolen bios, ancient join dates, blue checks that mean nothing, and follower ratios that scream “bot farm”.
They retweet MAGA stuff, post broken English, or just sit there waiting to slide into your DMs with the classic “Congratulations, you won $100k from Elon!” scam.Here’s just a small selection I found in ten minutes (I block every single one – and you should too):

There are many more. All using the same name as the real foundation. All with the same copy-paste bios. All preying on trust.The real Musk Foundation has no X account.
These fakes are abusing its name to scam people.So what does X do?
Apparently still standing in line at the coffee machine.I keep fighting – for Emely, for me, for every victim of these fakes.
