The Stock Pusher: The Fake Elon Musk Who Ignored My Pain

Say hello to „The Stock Pusher“ – another fake Elon Musk who targeted me on Telegram with relentless investment scams, completely ignoring the personal struggles I was going through.

While I was dealing with a devastating health diagnosis, this fraudster had the audacity to pressure me into buying Tesla and SpaceX shares, showing no empathy for my pain.

It started on January 16, 2025, when „The Stock Pusher,“ posing as Elon Musk under the name „Elon Musk Reeve,“ messaged me on Telegram, claiming it was his „private“ account and asking me to keep our conversation secret. At first, he seemed friendly, asking about my life, but his true intentions quickly became clear. While I was sharing my passion for music – working on a song called The Dream of Peace and Love on This Earth – he began pushing me to buy shares in Tesla and SpaceX. He called it a „once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,“ claiming I could make a fortune if I invested right away.

But his timing couldn’t have been worse. On January 16, I received devastating news: a DNA diagnostics test revealed that I have a dangerous PTEN mutation, putting me at high risk for cancer – the same mutation that took my sister’s life in 2020. I was overwhelmed, trying to figure out how to manage thyroid checks, mammograms, and other screenings in a German healthcare system that kept turning me away. I poured my heart out to „The Stock Pusher,“ telling him about my fears, my health struggles, and my inability to even reach my family for support. His response? „I know I’ll be able to help you“ – followed immediately by „I would like you to be my business partner!?“ and more pressure to buy shares.

Over the next few days, he kept pushing, asking how much capital I could invest and ignoring my pleas for time to deal with my health crisis. When I told him I couldn’t think about stocks because I was trying to „simply live“ and didn’t want to be „mutilated by hospitals“ anymore, he brushed it off, saying, „I love you to think it through tho.“ It was as if my pain didn’t matter to him – all he cared about was getting me to invest. His lack of empathy was infuriating.

In the end, I told him I needed time to focus on my life and health, and I stopped responding.

Compared to other fake Elon Musks I’ve encountered – like „The Dreamseller,“ who called me four times in a row – „The Stock Pusher“ was less aggressive but no less infuriating.

His boring, repetitive tactic of pushing stocks while ignoring my struggles made him one of the most insensitive scammers I’ve met. I’ve noticed a pattern with these fakes: many of them ask if I’m a reporter, probably to make sure I won’t expose them – I honestly answered that I’m a woman, lol!

I’ve saved evidence of his messages to warn others, and I hope the authorities will eventually take action against these fraudsters. Once again, X failed to protect me, leaving me to fend for myself. My warning to you: Don’t fall for „The Stock Pusher“ and his fake promises.

Be careful who you trust on X – even the boring ones can be heartless.
