„Leader Elon – A Bizarre Telegram Encounter“

Imagine opening Telegram and getting yet another message from an ‚Elon Musk.‘ Number 7 on Telegram, over 30 on X – at some point, you lose track.

Welcome to my life!

I’ve encountered so many fake Elons that I’m starting to think I’m in a parallel universe where every other person is Elon Musk. But the contact on January 27, 2025, was especially weird – and I just have to share it with the world.

It started like always: An „Elon Musk“ messages me on Telegram, supposedly through a middleman (or woman – I have no idea who that was). I’m skeptical, having already dealt with enough Elons trying to push me into Tesla investments or other shady deals. But this one? He had a whole new approach. After I ask for proof – a security number or a call, please, no more recordings! – he suddenly says, „I’m only here to guide you.“
Guide me? To where? A Tesla showroom? A secret SpaceX launch? Or straight into the next scam? I have no clue, and honestly, I don’t even want to know. But one thing is clear: If someone on Telegram claims to be Elon Musk and wants to ‚guide‘ you, you might want to run the other way!

He even suggested a video call, but I was already too annoyed. „I’m getting flooded with Elons and Mayes,“ I wrote back – and that was an understatement. In the end, I still don’t know what he wanted. Was it a scam? A troll? Or just someone bored out of their mind?

By the way: I’ve saved all the chat logs and can prove this story is true – I’m not making this up!

Whatever it was, I’ve learned my lesson: Don’t trust any „Elon“ on Telegram who wants to guide you. And if you ever meet one, ask him if he knows the real Elon. Spoiler: He won’t. 😂
